Everything about this top is just perfect. It is a solid sage color with short sleeves that have elastic on the bottom, It has a rounded neckline with a smocked chest. There is elastic in the shoulders with ruffles. The back of the top has a square opening and is tied. There is an elastic waistband and a baby doll bottom that is flowy and flattering.
